Google Tastemakers
Google commissioned me to create a series of thematic wallpapers for Android devices—including phones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, and watches. The theme we explored was childhood wonder, celebrating the imaginative and curious worlds children build in their minds. This project was an exciting challenge in blending narrative illustration with user experience, ensuring that each wallpaper was not only visually striking but also served its purpose seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.

Each illustration opens a door—both literally and metaphorically—into a new world of adventure. The series features diverse dreamscapes like space, a dinosaur-filled land, a candy wonderland, the deep ocean, dense jungles, and a playful monster world. At the heart of each piece is a child, designed with unique quirks and characteristics, stepping into these realms with a spirit of curiosity and discovery.
The visual approach balances storytelling and functionality. The colors are vibrant and playful, bringing each world to life while maintaining a controlled, distinct palette for each design. This ensures the wallpapers remain visually engaging without overpowering icons, widgets, or on-screen information. The details within each world invite users to take a closer look, offering small moments of surprise and delight.
Dino World
